This project will be conducted May 15, 2017 – July 28, 2017.
To maximize the internship experience the intern’s duties will include: Track progress of accreditation domain implementation plans.
Participate in domain workgroups to collect and upload documentation to the department's accreditation Share Point site.
Assist with the development of documentation descriptions for selected documentation for accreditation.
Assist with document quality reviews.
Time Commitment: It is reasonably expected that the intern will dedicate up to 20 hours per week to support the project. Requires college degree in health related field; completion of initial Master of Public Health graduate coursework preferred.
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule to include availability for early evening and weekend meetings. Must have access to reliable transportation.
Must have strong communication skills (written and oral).
Must be able to perform basic data entry and data analysis, as well as under general supervision, interpret data and support the presentation of results in both verbal and written communications.
Candidates with accreditations earned in a foreign institute are encouraged to apply.
Valid class “D” driver’s license, use of personal vehicle, and maintenance of valid personal vehicle insurance as required by Tennessee Law.
